Questions about the plans
Is there a setup fee on top of the monthly cost?
No. The monthly plan covers both the bot's operation and the initial setup. A one-time onboarding session (two hours) is included in every plan — we help you map the conversation flow, connect your tools, and go live.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes. You can move between plans at the start of any billing cycle. Downgrading is straightforward; upgrading is instant. We do not charge penalties for changing plans and there is no minimum contract term beyond one month.
What happens if I exceed my monthly conversation limit?
On Starter and Growth plans, conversations above the limit are charged at KSh 5 per conversation. We notify you at 80% usage so you can decide whether to upgrade or manage traffic before the overage kicks in.
Do you support M-Pesa payment prompts inside the chatbot?
Yes — on Growth and Business plans we can configure an M-Pesa STK push or a payment link as part of the bot flow, so customers can pay a deposit or consultation fee without leaving the conversation.
Which channels does the bot work on?
We deploy on your website (embedded widget), WhatsApp Business API, and Facebook Messenger. Telegram and Instagram Direct are available as add-ons on the Business plan. SMS-based bots are possible but require a separate Safaricom gateway agreement.
